Start with a clearly defined scope.
Commercial demolition requests may involve an entire building or a defined portion of a larger redevelopment. We review the building information, demolition limits, site constraints and closeout requirements before establishing equipment, hauling and mobilization needs.
Typical project requests
- Commercial building removal requests
- Concrete and masonry demolition
- Site slab and foundation scopes
- Hauling and finish-condition review
What to send for an estimate
The more accurately the request describes the site, the more useful the scope review can be. Mark uncertain dimensions or conditions as unknown rather than treating them as confirmed.
- Building dimensions and construction
- Survey and hazardous-material information
- Utility disconnect status
- Site access, neighbors and completion criteria
A planning detail that matters
Hazardous-material surveys, required abatement, utility controls and structural preparation must be addressed before demolition starts. Asbestos or other regulated abatement is not advertised as an in-house service here.
Make the handoff clear.
Tell us who controls the property, which adjacent areas remain in use and who handles the work before and after this scope. Removal, disposal, replacement, permits, engineering and specialty services should be identified separately in the written proposal.
Before you request pricing
Can I send photos before a site visit?
Yes. Email wide site views, close material views and the access route. Include the project address and any plans. Photos help with initial review but do not replace any site investigation needed for a final proposal.
Can this be combined with other concrete work?
Send the complete desired result. Related cutting, removal, hauling, sitework and new concrete can be reviewed together, with each accepted part of the scope stated in the proposal.
Does 24/7 mean an immediate crew arrival?
No. Phone and email inquiries are open 24/7. Acceptance, arrival time and work hours depend on project review, travel, access, required approvals and crew scheduling.
