Information in an estimate request
The project form collects the contact information, location, service, timing and description you enter. You may choose to include photos, plans or a shared link. Submit only information reasonably needed to review the project. Do not upload identification, payment details, bank records, private security plans or unrelated personal information. Submitting a project inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing texts.
Website forms and email
On this site's Netlify deployment, the form sends your request and selected attachments to Netlify Forms for processing, spam screening and storage. When configured by the business, submission notifications are sent to our Gmail inbox. We use the information to evaluate the request, communicate with you, prepare an estimate and manage any agreed work. We may share relevant project information with service providers or project participants where reasonably needed to respond or perform agreed services.
Choosing the email alternative instead prepares a message in your browser. It is not sent until you press Send in your email application. Files chosen in the web form are not automatically attached to an email. The email provider processes the message under its own policies. Website hosting and email providers may keep ordinary operational, security and delivery logs.
Local browser information
Search and the concrete calculator run in your browser. The site may keep a short-lived visit-source record in browser session storage: a landing path, referring website origin without its path or query string, and campaign labels. If you submit a project request, those labels may be included to help the business understand where the inquiry originated. A short-lived submission marker helps display confirmation after an accepted form response. The form's contact details and message are not stored in that session record. Close the browser session to clear session storage; browser settings may also provide controls.
This version does not load Google Analytics, an advertising pixel or marketing cookies. It does not send personal form fields to analytics. Any future tracking system requires this notice and the relevant settings to be reviewed.
Files and external media
Uploaded project files are intended for inquiry review, not public display on this website. Hosted file links may be accessible to anyone who receives the link; do not send sensitive or confidential documents through the initial form. For sensitive plans, call first to agree a suitable transfer method. The external reference-video player loads only when you choose to load it. At that point the video provider receives ordinary browser connection information and may use its own cookies or policies. The local brand film does not require an external player.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry and project records as needed for business communications, project administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied. Some records may need to be retained. Only provide photos and files you are authorized to share, and remove unrelated personal details where practical.
