Location and decision-maker
Include the property address, an authorized contact, your role and the target work date. For bids, include the deadline, drawing revisions and any mandatory qualification requirements.
Measurements and photographs
Provide wide site photographs, close material photographs and approximate dimensions. Show doors, gates, overhead obstructions, stairs and the truck route. Label unknowns rather than guessing.
Limits and completion condition
Explain what stays, what comes out and what the property should look like at completion. State whether removal includes the slab, footing, soil, hauling, backfill or new concrete.
Plans and next-trade responsibilities
